Our advanced laser cutting technology, with a cutting capacity of up to 25mm for mild steel and 16 mm for stainless steel, ensures precise, clean cuts with minimal material waste. The prima power BCE Smart 2220 panel bending machines deliver unmatched precision and versatility, capable of handling sheet sizes up to 2.22m. x 1.5m. Our press brake services, featuring machines with a bending force of up to 200 mT, provide accurate, consistent sheet metal bending. Our robotic machine is also complimented with high skilled and certified welders.
Our automated powder coating process is meticulously controlled to provide consistent and high-quality results. The facility is equipped with the latest technology, including precision Gema spray guns and automated conveyor systems, which ensure uniform application and optimal coverage. This not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of our products but also provides robust protection against corrosion and wear.
